Service Guarantee
Liquid Resonance is designed to effectively remove water from phone speakers in approximately 99% of typical water exposure cases (including splashes, rain exposure, and brief accidental submersion). This success rate is based on extensive internal testing and user-reported outcomes. While we stand behind the effectiveness of our technology, individual results may vary depending on the severity and duration of water exposure, device model, and environmental conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Liquid Resonance (the "Service"), available at liquidresonance.com (the "Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Liquid Resonance is a web-based tool that generates sound frequencies through your device's speaker using the Web Audio API. These frequencies create controlled vibrations designed to help eject water that may be trapped in your phone's speaker grille or internal speaker components. The Service operates entirely within your web browser and does not require any downloads, installations, or special permissions.
The Service is offered in two tiers:
- Free Tier: Includes access to Fast (1,200 Hz), Deep (1,500 Hz), and Intensive (2,000 Hz) cleaning modes. Free tier includes advertisements.
- Premium (Ultra) Tier: A one-time purchase that unlocks the Ultra mode (2,500 Hz) with extended 30-minute cleaning sessions, dynamic pulse patterns, and an ad-free experience.
3. Service Effectiveness and Guarantee
Based on our testing methodology and aggregated user feedback, Liquid Resonance achieves an approximate success rate of 99% for typical water exposure scenarios. "Typical water exposure" is defined as:
- Water splashes from rain, sinks, or beverages.
- Brief accidental submersion in fresh water (less than 30 seconds at a depth of less than 1 meter).
- Condensation or steam exposure.
- Water entering the speaker grille during normal daily activities.
The 99% success rate applies when the Service is used promptly (ideally within 30 minutes of water exposure) and the recommended cleaning mode is followed through to completion. We strongly recommend repeating the cleaning cycle if water persists after the first session.
Important Limitations
This Service is not a substitute for professional device repair. It is designed as a first-response tool for water in speakers. For devices that have been fully submerged for extended periods, exposed to saltwater, or sustained physical damage, we strongly recommend seeking professional repair services. The Service does not repair hardware damage, corrosion, or electrical faults caused by water.
4. Premium Purchases and Refund Policy
The Ultra mode is available as a one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:
- Access to Ultra mode is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
- The purchase is a one-time fee with no recurring charges or subscriptions.
- Refund Policy: We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if (a) you experience technical issues that prevent the Ultra mode from functioning, or (b) the Service fails to produce any audible output on your device. Refund requests must be submitted to support@liquidresonance.com with your transaction ID.
- Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with results after use, as effectiveness depends on factors outside our control (severity of water exposure, device model, time elapsed, etc.).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of ejecting water from device speakers. You must not:
- Use the Service at unsafe volume levels that could damage hearing or equipment.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or any part thereof.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the premium features or advertising system.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design elements, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Liquid Resonance are owned by or licensed to Liquid Resonance. The frequency algorithms, user interface design, and brand assets are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except for the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we report a 99% success rate based on our testing, we do not warrant or guarantee that: (a) the Service will meet your specific requirements; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (d) the Service will be effective in all cases of water exposure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liquid Resonance and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liquid Resonance and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You use the Service at your own risk. Playing audio through a water-compromised speaker carries inherent risks.
- Liquid Resonance is not responsible for any damage to your device that was pre-existing or caused by the water exposure itself, as opposed to the use of this tool.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your device volume is set to a safe level. The Service includes volume calibration, but the user bears ultimate responsibility.
- If your device has been submerged for an extended period or exposed to saltwater, you should seek professional repair rather than relying solely on this tool.
11. Advertising
The free tier of the Service includes advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of advertisements. Ad content is determined by the advertising network and is not controlled or endorsed by Liquid Resonance. Premium (Ultra) users enjoy an ad-free experience as part of their purchase.
12. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may update frequencies, cleaning durations, user interface elements, and other features to improve the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that affect purchased features.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes that affect your rights, we will provide notice through the Website.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Liquid Resonance operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules, unless prohibited by local law.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Liquid Resonance regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
